Primrose Sleeps 6 plus cot. Traditional Barn Conversion

A traditional 1890's single-storey barn conversion with private courtyard garden. Sleeping upto 6 people plus a travel cot, it has 3 bedrooms (1 x double with king-sized bed, 1 x twin bedroom and 1 x with a triple sleeper.

 

Large open-plan living area, high vaulted ceilings and exposed timber roof A-frames. Sympathetically restored using lime and hemp, Carefully decorated with natural breathable paints and oils, following the inherent curves of the building. Whilst not having direct sea views, Primrose has beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Underfloor heating throughout, and solar panels/backup gas boiler. Slate flooring, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with range cooker and large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. Primrose is more than adequately fitted-out to cater for a larger family and groups. Dining area with table and 6 chairs.

At the same level is a bedroom with a "triple-sleeper" which kids love! Adjacent to this room is the main bathroom with a shower over the large bath. Situated off the back hall, and down one step is access to the two other bedrooms.  Main bedroom with king-sized bed and access to an ensuite wc/shower room. Third bedroom with two single beds and access to the same ensuite room.

TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Soundbar, digital radio and WIFI Broadband Internet access, and a Vintage Record Player with a (varied!) selection of 45's.

Both bathrooms have towel rails as well as underfloor heating. 100% cotton towels and bed linen are provided. We can also supply a cot, highchair and buggy if required – please let us know in advance. 

​

Outside the property is a parking area for 2 cars, an enclosed courtyard garden facing West to catch those beautiful sunsets. A BBQ is also provided. No smoking permitted. We have a no pets policy except for guide dogs.
